I had a fantastic one-night stay in a King Room at the Fleece At Ruleholme. The architecture and decor caught my eye immediately. The room featured high-quality fixtures, including a charming roll-top bath and a shower with multiple settings. The bed felt wonderfully plush, ensuring a great night's sleep. I loved the added touches like a mini-bar and tea facilities. The presence of a comfortable lounge and a galleried library enhanced the atmosphere. I noticed the staff in the dining room could benefit from more training. They missed details, such as clearing plates and pouring wine promptly, which took away from an otherwise lovely meal. The location is also a highlight, with beautiful surroundings that contribute to the hotel’s inviting atmosphere.

fleece at ruleholme is a luxurious spot to unwind. the food quality was top-notch, and that breakfast was the best I've had in a while! the rooms are beautifully decorated with comfy bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. plus, the wifi worked great and it’s conveniently close to the airport.

Couple seeking a splendid escape

Had an very nice stay it was like walking into a haven perfect for a getaway the decor was classy and inviting. The staff bent over backwards for us even with some travel delays they calmly found a way to accommodate us

My experience was overshadowed by the terrible food. It was inedible and caused severe food poisoning, leaving me ill for hours. The staff was overwhelmed, and the long wait for our meal only added to the frustration. I had hoped for a lovely weekend away, but instead it became a nightmare of illness and disappointment.

I recently enjoyed a night in a Superior King Room, and it was delightful! The decor behind every corner, combined with an opulent free-standing tub and a spa-like shower, truly enhanced my experience. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the outstanding customer service from the staff made my stay unforgettable. The only area for improvement would be to offer more diverse breakfast options to match the wonderful surroundings.

The lack of breakfast inclusion for a £190 room rate feels like a missed opportunity for added value.

Had a lovely stay! The king room was super comfy, and we loved the pet package. Our dog had a blast with all the extras. The bar area was nice for drinks, and the Sunday roast we had was delish. Just wish the lamb portion was a bit bigger. left me wanting more meat!
